Unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment. The main reason is that there has been water damage in the apartment that has not been repaired and because of it, there is a clear mold problem. The mold affects the indoor air of the apartment and its health. This affected our stay in Dublin. Recently renovated does not describe the place, because the floors need renovation and the walls also show a lot of signs of wear. Yves is appropriate host and otherwise the property is clean, spacious and in a good location.

Yves’ place is in the perfect spot for walking around the city or getting a bus into the center. Lots of great restaurants and pubs around and it felt really safe! The apartment itself is good but could use some more towels, a full sheet set (only a fitted and duvet) and a mirror in the second bedroom. Definitely felt really comfortable there but a few improvements would take it to the next level. That being said I do recommend this place if you’re looking for a great location!

Great location and lovely apartment, good access to city centre and surrounding areas and nice pub grub 1 minute from the apartment.

The apartment was easy to find with great public transport from the airport, as well as to the city centre. The description of the place was true and there weren't any issues with checking in or out. Would recommend 100%
