El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación dos buenas televisiones un sofá y una cama muy cómodos. Lamentablemente no pude quedarme más tiempo debido a una emergencia personal pero Julio me pareció muy amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar a sus invitados. No dudaría en volver a este alojamiento.

El apartamento del señor Julio es mi favorito de todos en los que me he quedado en Barranquilla. Es espacioso y hogareño, con una conexión a internet estable y beneficios extra como un baño para visitantes y servicio de aseo semanal. El edificio en el que se encuentra tiene una ubicación segura y cerca de muchos lugares de interés, así como bonitas instalaciones y un personal de portería constantemente presente. Por último, pero no menos importante, el señor Julio fue un anfitrión muy amigable que siempre respondió a mis inquietudes de forma rápida y cordial. Me gustaría mucho volver a quedarme allí.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in Colombia! I would recommend working with this gentleman for whatever reason that you might need for lodging. Everything was as advertised and Julio kept in touch constantly to make my wife’s and my experience a remarkable one! Thank you for everything!!!

I stayed 2 months in Julio’s apartment and it was excellent in all aspects. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a balcony and a half bath which is perfect for guests. The decor is very modern and the colors are bright indicative of the Colombian culture. There is a nice size pool on the rooftop with a great view. The apartment is located across the street from a supermarket and just one block from Viva Mall. Julio was an outstanding host. I didn’t need to communicate with him often but when I did he responded promptly and professionally. I visit Barranquilla often and I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it for 1 person or a couple

I had the pleasure of staying at Julio’s apartment for 3 months. Julio was a great host, very friendly and always responsive to any questions. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was a good size and comfortable, two bathrooms, hot water in the shower, air conditioning, a washing machine, and all the appliances work great. He even had someone come once a week to clean the apartment, and she was always friendly, respectful and did an excellent job. The building has a small gym that I used many mornings; I always the only one in there. There is a rooftop pool and nice views. The location is one of the nicer areas of Barranquilla, with many places walking distance. There is a supermarket across the street, and Viva Centro Commercial only a 5 minute walk away. There you can find many restaurants, shops, an Exito supermarket and other things. There are also plenty of other restaurants nearby. Getting an Uber is easy if needed. Secure building with friendly guards. Book now
