If you’re looking for a tranquil peaceful magical EXPERIENCE in paradise… You needn’t look any further. Tikal is IT!!! Me and my loved ones stayed here for an entire week and didn’t have a single complaint. Our EVERY need was met and more. The House Host/Cook Anne-Marie was simply SPECTACULAR!!! Very accommodating and helpful. Chukka Villa is like a slice of heaven on earth! We were literally planning our return visit while there! We will most definitely be back again and AGAIN!!!

Just left and I'm already missing this villa. It was such a peaceful and serene stay with my family. I cannot thank the hosts and housekeeper/cook, Anne-Marie for taking such good care of us. The villa and surrounding property is just beautiful. The water, horses, and fruit trees are just some of things that await if you book this property. The location was central for us to get to Kingston and Ocho Rios. Beds were comfy, bedrooms and decor appointed nicely. Our favorite part was being able to eat our meals on the patio or just lounge and fee the breeze. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. It's worth it!

As you can see from the photos and from the reviews this a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Being a vast traveler and one that uses Airbnb or similar platforms I have learned that it’s not just the location that makes a place/ vacation ideal. I work in the corporate environment it’s the person that represents your company daily and whom you have consistent contact that matters. Ann-Marie is the star of this home. She is more than an exceptional cook, top rated house keeper she is an amazing house manager. I’m aware it’s not her title however she kept everything running smoothly. We did have a major issue occur the owner did his best to solve the problem however she was the one on the ground there with us reassuring us that it will be resolved. She never missed a beat figured out how to continue moving the day along. Yes, I would stay there again absolutely! I would also hire her on my team in a management position. Thank you Ann Marie and Andrew for lovely vacation!

We loved our stay at Tikal villa. Situated on a beautiful Jamaican cove right on the ocean, it was a very peaceful setting. It was exactly the relaxing vacation we were looking for. Andrew (security guard) and Ann Marie (cook / housekeeper) were both awesome. We felt totally safe and at home. Ann Marie cooked us excellent meals and kept the house spotless. The whole property was well-maintained with plenty of staff on site for landscaping, pool maintenance etc. We also enjoyed the natural surroundings - the cove, snorkeling, cliff diving and --don't forget-- the bat cave! So much fun. What a great Jamaican stay!

Schöne Villa, direkt am Meer. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten, es sind alle sehr Kunden-fokussiert und aktiv. Drei sehr schöne Zimmer. Der vierte Raum kann jedoch nicht als vollwertiges Zimmer gewertet werden. Anne-Marie hat köstlich gekocht und das Haus im Schuss gehalten.
