Auf den ersten Blick recht akzeptabel bei genaueren Hinsehen doch ausbausaufähig. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, die naturale Lage sorgt für Ruhe, auch der Garten ist groß genug und bspw. Wäsche aufzuhängen oder um sich zurück zu ziehen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Pool, welcher zum entspannen einläd. Jedoch überwiegen die negativen Aspekte. Die Haushälterin spricht leider kein Englisch, jedoch dank des Internets lässt sich das schnell lösen, ansonsten ist Sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu 4. unterwegs und die Wohnung bestand aus nur einem Zimmer mit einer selbstgebauten Zwischendecke. Für Familien eher nicht geeignet, da die "Treppe" eher nach Lust und Laune gebaut wurde und die Stufen eine Neigung haben. Im selbigen Raum befindet sich auch die Küche, welche aus 2 Herdpatten und einem kleinen Kühlschrank ohne Türfächer befand. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist definitiv ausbaufähig, wenn man etwas mehr kochen möchte, wären Scharfe Messer, Bretter und ein kleinerer Topf angebracht. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle. Auch sollte ggf. eine Kühlbox mitgebracht werden, damit für 4 Personen Essen und Bier gekühlt werden kann. Da es sich um einen Raum handelt bleibt der Essensgeruch oben unter der Betthöhe stehen (ein sehr kleines Fenster ist nur vorhanden). Das Bad hat alles nötige was ein Bad benötigt und hat eine angenehme Größe, jedoch keinen Duschhalter und etwas Schimmel neben der Dusche. Als Fazit kann ich sagen für einen Urlaub in dem man nicht viel Wert auf Ausstattung, Privatsphäre legt und wenig im Haus ist, ist es akzeptabel. Jedoch ist dieses Appartement nicht für Familien geeignet oder für Leute, die gerne auch mal ein Tag in der Wohnung entspannen möchten.

L'appartamento è situato all'interno di una casa ristrutturata con diversi altri appartamenti. La casa è ristrutturata molto bene e l'appartamento all'interno è arredato in modo rustico ma molto funzionale. I letti presenti nel soppalco sono piuttosto piccoli, vanno bene per bambini ma sono poco adatti per persone adulte (nel nostro caso figlio diciottenne). La casa è posta in posizione molto bella, tra i campi del Monte S. Bartolo, con una bella piscina e con ampi spazi disponibili all'aperto. Il mare è raggiungibile in macchina in 10 minuti ed è possibile fare bellissimi giri in bici. Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. La signora che ci ha accolti molto disponibile. Per chi come noi viaggia con le bici manca uno spazio dove riporle.

Beautiful house surrounded by nature. The apartments are nice, but the walls are super thin and you can hear everything through them. It should be mentioned that it is not allowed to bring externals to the property. Not even into the garden, which was mentioned to us very rudely. I booked an apartment, not a hotel room in order to be able to invite my sons grandparents, who were staying close to us at the camp side. But they weren't allowed to visit us. So I moved to a hotel after two days, were it wasn't a problem to spend time with them in the public areas. My sister and boyfriend with their two dogs enjoyed their stay anyway. There are lots of paths to have nice walks through the fields and the pool is very lovely too.
