This home is located 3 blocks walking distance from downtown Marquette and less than 1 mile from beautiful Lake Superior. There is a fenced-in backyard for pets, and plenty of space for groups! 0.5 Miles from downtown restaurants 0.8 Miles from Blackrocks Brewery 0.5 Miles from Ore Dock Brewery 0.9 Miles from Lake Superior Lower Harbor Mountain bikers/skiers/snowmobilers/snowshoers/sled dog racers/wedding groups/ visitors of all kinds welcome! Garage space available upon request. Guests access and use the entire home. First floor includes: kitchen, living room, dining room, half-bath/laundry, office, and front porch. Second floor includes: four bedrooms, full-bathroom, back-deck with stair access to fenced-in backyard. Two doors in the home are locked and are not accessible for guests- door leading to the storage basement and door leading to the attic.

This is our second time staying at Elletta’s house. We loved our WiFi connected when we walked in, truly a home away from home! Even our dog was happy. Roomy, clean, super comfortable, and close to everything. We actually had a chance to enjoy the upstairs balcony this time and enjoyed it so much as our pups enjoyed the fenced in yard. We will be back. Thanks again for another wonderful weekend in Marquette!

Great location, walked to downtown a bunch - perfect for our plans. Big dining room table was great for puzzles and games. Plenty of room for our group. Would recommend!

What a great home!! We stayed here for our daughter’s NMU graduation weekend with our family dogs and crew and we felt like we were at home! Near to downtown and all our favorite places. Elletta is friendly and responsive. Definitely saving this place for any return visits to Marquette with the family!

Within a three-block radius is the location of the local Food Co-Op, multiple gas stations, convenience stores, and downtown shops. Many of Marquette’s best restaurants are under 1 mile from the location of the home.
A spacious park called Harlow Park is located 4 blocks from the home. Lake Superior access at the Lower Harbor (park and marina) is located ~1 mile from the property.

出行信息

The house is within walking distance to many of Marquette’s attractions. The driveway is suitable to fit three cars. In the summer, there is parking available on the street in front of the home. After November 1st, a Winter Parking Ban goes into effect for Marquette City. At that time, vehicles may not park on the street over night.
