A lovely cosy flat right in the heart of Campbeltown. The flat had everything we needed and James gave very clear instructions for check in. Would definetly stay again if visiting Campbeltown in the future

Perfect place for us to stay. One of the party had mobility issues so ground floor was great. Very nice accommodation. Hope to stay again.

Great property only a wee walk from the centre and shops. easy parking. clean tidy with plenty amenities. Great communication from owner pre and during stay making sure all was well. Good to have basic groceries there you on arrival...and teacakes. will stay again

We stayed at Roy’s Place over the music festival weekend. Such a lovely place to stay, very spacious and accommodating. Ensured there was a cot for my little one to stay in. Easy to contact, and quick to respond to messages. We had a lovely time away, and would definitely recommend the place to others.
