The room is in what used to be a hotel but is no longer running. Location is within walking distance to the city center. Although the listing says washer/ dryer available I think it’s worth noting that it is not within the room and you need a card with money on it to use. We were told to call the guard of the building who never answered and had to delay laundry by a day. Jean-Paul finally came to the Bristol and gave us his card to use but it was definitely a hassle. Also, 24 hours before our arrival we got a text saying we couldn’t stay in the room we booked the first night and that we were being put up in a hotel across the street. It worked out but I hate changing plans and the hassle of unpacking and repacking. Overall it was a good room in a good area, but more stressful than anticipated.

Everything smooth, good communication, nice view from balcony, well equipped apartment. Clean pool and sauna at disposal.

Nous avons été dirigé par Jean-Paul (qui a fait toutes les démarches nécessaires) dans un studio à la Résidence Panorama à Villars car son propre studio n'était pas disponible pour cause de dégâts d'eau. Nous avons été enchanté par ce studio à Panorama et n'avons pas eu à payer de supplément.
