There is nothing more important than relationships - particularly marriage, family and friends. It is our goal to be a small part in helping others create wonderful memories together that will last a lifetime. Susan is an international speaker and award-winning author who desires to inspire and motivate others (formerly the Asst. Director of the KC Chiefs Cheerleaders). Prior to this, she worked as an interior designer - decorating model homes in the KC area. Dale is a licensed contractor. In addition, he's an inventor of several products. They're very active in their church and family, including previously the Marriage Ministry Directors at their church. OUR STORY: Our family has been vacationing in Branson, MO for years and absolutely love it. There's so much to do - for all ages and personalities of our family members. It became our new goal - to one day purchase a vacation condo in Branson that we could enjoy for years - as well as make available to others to enjoy - and to create lifetime memories. We've stayed in numerous locations before selecting Pointe Royale Resort as our favorite. (Who knew the beautiful championship golf course would be in our Branson backyard?!) So after extensive searching for quite some time, we found the perfect fixer-upper condos and completely renovated them (we flip houses in Kansas City). Our new "vacation homes" have been a blast to transform. They're so pretty - you will love them. We enjoyed this process so much that we've continued to purchase condos in Branson and in addition - added an apartment suite in the Kansas City area for others to enjoy - positioned creek side next to the bike/hike trails.
