Great experience with Max and Winnie. Max is responsive and lives nearby so he can resolve any issue immediately. Max was friendly and accommodating when I arrived and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if and when I’m in the city.

Winie and her team were attentive, patient and accommodating. The apartment was large, modern, very clean and posh. It was super close to all the restaurants, shops and services I needed during my stay in NY. Winie and her team get my 5 stars.

My stay here was for an entire month and it was very helpful for me to learn about Manhattan life. Plenty of kitchenware for me to cook with. The living room is a little sparse and feels like someone just moved in. The bedroom has hardly any natural light and I’ve learned that’s pretty important to me. The queen bed and silk sheets are really nice. The bathroom is plenty big. Decent shower head. The microwave, stove, and fridge all work great. Winie and Maxime left nice gallons of water and soda on arrival which I think is really nice of them. The TVs are only cable, so I’d bring a usb attachment to connect to roku or Amazon or something. Overall, the place is pretty dark. The location is pretty central Harlem, and doesn’t quite reflect the city life that you think of when you think NYC. Not a terrific food scene around. Sometimes Maxime would drop in unexpectedly which seems usual in Airbnb world, but is overall a very kind, nice host. They also took me in with only 1 day’s notice which was very kind of them. Thanks for the helpful stay.

Posizione molto strategica vicino a metro 2, 3, C, B e vicinissima alla City University e alla Columbia. Molto accogliente e se dovessi ritirarmi penso proprio di riprenotare la stessa casa.
