¡Excelente experiencia en el camping Moehiva! Los huéspedes son muy amables y atentos. Además, siempre están presentes y responden si necesitamos ayuda. El baño, la cocina, así como la tienda y sus instalaciones estaban muy limpias y funcionales. Finalmente, me sentí muy bienvenida en este camping, ya que el ambiente es muy agradable. ¡Gracias por todo Carla y Nelson!

Nelson y Carla, son personas increíbles y preocupadas en todo momento por nuestro bienestar en el camping, mucha disposición y entrega, grandes personas, grandes amigos que nos entrega la vida, un agradecido de toparme con ellos, todo impecable en el camping, dos cocinas, baños de primera, carpas, sacos y colchonetas prácticamente nuevos. Volveré mil veces ahí, agradecido de ustedes, me sentí como en casa.

Nelson’s place is located next to airport, 10-15 mins to center on foot. Nelson is helpful, but our stay here was unfortunately not very pleasant. Maybe because the host doesn’t really want to invest so the living conditions are s bit poor. 1: there is not pillow available. We asked Nelson for pillows and we thank him for finally getting two pillows for us, but his first reply was: pillows are not included in the price. 2: same as the toilet paper. Same as pillows, these item are very essential and it will be better to have them available even if we have to pay a little bit more on the room rates. You always have to get your toilet ready before you go to toilet, and some more you are staying in a tent, not a room. 3: the kitchen is small and not very well equipped. The tiny refrigerator looks to fall apart very soon. And we have to ask for the dishwashing liquid as well, as Nelson said: it is not included. Yes, we can buy from the grocery store but please take into consideration that we stayed in Easter Island as tourists for less than 2 weeks only, does it really make sense for us to buy a whole bottle of washing detergent!! Again, we are ok to pay a little bit more on the room rates than buying on our own. The reply of “not included” is not very nice. 4: Nelson has a system of garbage classification at his place, which is good. Unfortunately it is not well organised, one of the consequences is that this place is full of cockroaches. Especially when the sun is set, you can easily see minimum 10 cockroaches on the grass, in the kitchen or near the container of organice garbage. Other camper even found cockroach in their tent as they forgot to keep their tent shut. Overall this place is not well maintained and the host doesn’t want to invest to make it better for camping. The host posts 6 campsites on airbnb, which we foresee it will be very crowded if they are fully occupied. Please check before you book. A small tent for luggage is provided, although the tent itself is very lousy. Hot shower is the only positive experience we had here.
