Amazing location in the middle of the old city!! Great terrace with breathtaking view! A part of the terrace has shade, good for very hot days! Pavo and Ivana were very helpful and friendly! We spend an unforgettable three days in this beautiful villa together with our daughters and grandchildren and will be happy to come back here again!! We can highly recommend this gorgeous house!

We stayed at Pavo's house for 9 days and with 5 people and enjoyed our time tremendously. The house is part of the old town of Cavtat and has a ton of charme. We loved the vibe of the house and everything in Cavtat is reachable by foot. The sourrounding is lovely. We were the first guests of the year and it still was a bit out of season, but for us it was extremely calm. We had everything we needed to prepare own lunches and dinners and enough space for everyone to have his own bedroom etc. Parking is within walking distance, however it's not included. With the offer for people staying in Cavtat it's fine though. Luggage has to be transported through the alleys (5 - 7 min walk) and over multiple stairs - was fine with 24 degrees ambient temperature and moderate fitness levels. :) Ivana was also extremely helpful and the personal pick up was very much appreciated. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, especially Bugenvilla (Michelin mentioned).

Amazing! I can not fault the property, it was beautiful. The view seemed even better than the photos. It is close to the front and all restaurants. Ivana arranged our transfers from the airport and met us close to the villa so she could escort us through the cobbles streets to the property. She was so helpful and also arranged our departure and allowed us to stay for half a day before our flight. 10/10.

We had the most amazing time in Cavtat, it is such a beautiful location. The villa has incredible views and very comfortable. Ivana was so welcoming and very helpful. We had a slight hiccup as the bbq had run out of gas but this was corrected so quickly it did not spoil our plans. My only recommendation would be to provide basic supplies such as salt, pepper and possibly coffee and tea upon arrival and possibly have a visitors book so guests can write recommendations for trips restaurants and places of interest. Overall the accommodation was fantastic but would not recommend for anyone who would find steps a problem, a lot of steps down to the marina. We will definitely return to this area as it is a perfect holiday destination, lots to do and a very relaxed atmosphere Thank you 😊
