This place has a few safety concerns that I was trying to get a hold of the company about. The steps are bowed, causing small children’s feet to get caught as they’re walking down the stairs. Every time you flush the toilet, the septic tank overflows water. The shower knob was missing, so you had no choice but to take a shower. The white living room furniture was very dirty with patches on it. On the right side as you pull into the driveway, there is a large hole in the ground that a child could fall in. When we arrived we noticed the trash had wood in it and they were cigarette butts on the ground which I picked up. The bunkbed in the children’s room are wobbly and unsafe. There are electrical cords, running everywhere causing trip hazards. As for good, it was a great location. It was clean besides the white furniture in the living room. It was a great location from the beach and the surrounding units and people were very nice. It was beautiful inside except these things

We loved our stay!! Everything was clean, welcoming, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed! The minute walk to be on the beach was a great plus!! Will stay again and will recommend!

This was our first time using Airbnb. We were very pleased with the entire experience. House was a perfect little home away from home while we visited the beach. Great location, right near the beach, amazing view. Also walking distance to a great restaurant we highly recommended -Red snapper inn!

Pros: The inside of the house is cute, the beds were comfortable, and the location is great. It was really nice to be able to easily walk back and forth from the beach (100 yards or so) as often as we wanted. Living room was a comfortable spot to unwind and watch TV. The beach toys available for the kids was a nice bonus. Nearby Red Snapper Inn is a gem and has fantastic seafood. Drive-thru daiquiri spot is also fun, and surprisingly delicious. The house is also a super short walk along the beach to the Seahorse Bar & Grill. Cons: The place is a touch smaller than expected. It's fine for a family of four, but no more than that. When we arrived (after dark) the outside of the home was covered in hundreds of black splotches. My wife said, "This can't be the house, it looks abandoned!" With the light of day we could see the house was being prepped for exterior painting, but some notice of that would have been appreciated. There were also issues with the toilet running and flooding the septic tank, so much so that we turned the water to the toilet off except for when we needed to flush. Finally, the tap water is undrinkable, even for making coffee. It was easy enough to buy water at the nearby food mart but, again, a heads up on that would have been nice.
