The unit has beautiful views, but the property has not been well-kept. The property needs to be maintenance because the bathrooms look like they were never cleaned and so did the kitchen.. The mattress has yellow and blood stains on them. Overall flooring was very dirty.. the complex crowd is on the younger side, which is not a problem, but there’s no sense of respect for families in other units with the loud music and the outrageous yelling. The garage is very tight and being on the eighth floor. This takes a very long time to come up and down the garage. The elevator definitely is an issue when trying to go up and down quickly. Do you would need to be patient and wait there for a while to get in.

Convenient place to stay. Very crowded and loud though. Not very clean. Floors were sticky and dirty and there were hairs in the bedding and dirty dishes in the cabinets. It’s outdated but was a convenient place to stay.

The condo itself was nice despite some stains on the pull out couch mattress. The workers at the complex were very rude and not helpful at all, but we understand that is out of the host’s control. The paper wristbands disintegrated after about 5 days and it costs $100 for a replacement… It also takes about 10-15 minutes just to get up and out of the parking garage. We were only given 1 parking tag but needed 2. Emerald Beach was super helpful and delivered the second pass to us. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar/food stand at the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Condo itself, but not the complex as a whole.

The bunk room was smaller than the pictures and the garage situation was inconvenient but overall beautiful property and would definitely recommend. The view is amazing and the beach is well maintained! Loved the location as well
