Nina seems to be a very nice person however we found out after 3 days that all was not as it seemed. We were placed in a condo that wasn't at all like the pictures. Instead of 2 king size beds we had 2 singles and a queen. The water in the showers was not hot. There were no TV's in the bedrooms and the TV in the living room only had an antenna - no cable and no Roku even though the description said there would be Roku. The top sheet on one of the single beds was a shower curtain. When our daughter who lives in the area came to visit the guard told her that our names were not on the condo so he advised her to have us go to the property office and have them put our name on the condo so that she could get in easier on future visits. When I went to the office to do that they told me the condo had been sold the week before and they did not know who Nina was. They also told me that they do not allow Airbnb on the property. They advised us to get out.

The Grand Venezia complex amenities were better than we had expected. From the friendly & helpful office personnel, to the well-equipped gym, to the clubhouse & awesome pool area…it was extremely enjoyable. As far as the condo itself, it was very spacious with plenty of storage & was a short walk away from the clubhouse and pool area. We had a few issues when we had arrived (missing coffee pot, light bulbs burned out, ice cube maker not working & no ice cube trays, not enough towels), but Nina promptly corrected this. The unit itself was clean, but the floors were not. They appeared to be, but after a few days of being there, we realized that our socks were getting very dirty after walking on the floors. Maybe the floors just need a good steam-cleaning. I guess we should have notified Nina, our fault we didn’t. Also, the mattresses in both rooms were very soft, not firm in the least. We normally sleep on a firm mattress, so our backs did bother us during our stay. I guess that’s just a matter of preference. The only other thing that would have been nice is if there was some type of seating near the windows over-looking the bay.

This is the first Airbnb that I was disappointed with. The place looks clean, but our feet ended up filthy when we walked around the condo barefooted. Inadequate supply of toilet paper, hardly any bath towels, extremely small coffee maker. No instructions for the Roku/cable. Ceiling fans wobbled and the beds were worn out.
