The place is fantastic! Great location and private, only a stones throw away from the beach. Very comfortable and relaxing! Diem is wonderful also. Very responsive and takes great care of her guests. Would highly recommend Diễm and her place. One of my favourites that I’ve stayed at.

Our stay at Diem's place was probably our best ever with AirBnB. Just supremely relaxing in every way. We spent a lot of time upstairs looking out at the ocean and listening to the surf, even when it was raining, and when it was sunny the beach was just a few steps away. The beach is very swimmable even when the wind is up. The restaurants along the ocean all provide loungers and towels and will bring you your drinks/food on the beach. Our favorite was Phương Beach Restaurant: highly recommended! But really the best part of staying at Diem's place is Diem! She was extremely thoughtful and friendly, provided lots of local advice, and was always ready to answer a question or arrange something special. We plan to return soon!

Diem and her team looked after us incredibly well. They were attentive upon our arrival and gave us a detailed set of recommendations and options for activities during our stay in and around Hoi an. Everyone we met around the villa was very friendly and stopped to say hello. The villa itself was clean and well decorated. The proximity to the beach was exactly what we wanted to relax after a busy few weeks travelling before our arrival. Would definitely recommend!

stayed here for two nights. would have stayed longer but those were the only days the space was available! :) there is one other separate rental attached to this space, plus the family who are in their own building. the space is in a quiet, peaceful location. there is a direct, private path to the sea just outside your door, and the water is very warm. so yes, i would recommend this rental to anyone without hesitation! As an aside, Mỹ phạm, who is the person overseeing renting of Diem's space (and who I communicated with), helped me move to another building across the alley so I could stay in the area for another couple of days. So even if the rental is only available for a day or two but you want be in the quieter part of Hoi An for several days, its likely worthwhile to still stay here. Thanks again!
