Sambol garden house was fantastic, great communication from booking and Nimesh was an absolute star, nothing is too much. The food cooked for us was spectacular and very authentic, a real treat. The only thing we struggled with was the heat and lack of aircon, but this is our downfall and not the houses fault, we just weren’t prepared for the heat. Regardless of this, we totally loved our stay, beautiful house, beautiful garden with amazing wildlife…thank you.

We were staying in this amazing private house with our family of 5. We enjoyed so much the nature and the garden with wild animals coming to visit us during our stay, clean and spacious pool, veranda where we had a breakfast and dinner prepared by the hosts and the offered Sri Lankan food was absolutely delicious! We also enjoyed in house massage here, which was also a win! Nimesh who took care of us during the whole stay was the best, he was so responsive and attentive, he took care of us during our stay making sure we enjoy our holiday and have everything we need! He also took us to an amazing beaches with his tuk-tuk where we spent an unforgettable time! We also visited some places that Luca suggested us, it was really helpful to get that suggestions! We highly recommend this house if you are looking for a real Sri Lankan vibe with luxurious spices and outstanding service!

Great for families, quiet, excellent location. The house was large, a good size for family. Short walk to beach, general store across the road. Property manager Nimesh was attentive and took care of all our needs. A big shout to Sulochna - the property housekeeper and cook, who dished out some mouth watering local delicacies. Food was customised for our palate and to our 5 year old. Gardens and the pool was well kept and clean. Nimesh assisted us with local travel which was very conveneint. Out and out a great holiday at a place which not just takes care of the guests but also serves the society by supporting women & children in need through the "Sambol Foundation" Highly recommended if you're in the southern part of the island nation.
