Great stay for a weekend of skiing at Mammoth! The location is walking distance to the Canyon Lodge and the Gondola to go to the village. It had plenty of room for all 9 adults comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & dishes. We cooked in mostly so it was great to have a dishwasher and nice kitchen. It has 3 bathrooms for bathing/showering which was great too. Having 2 king rooms was a plus, but just note that one king room upstairs was divided by a sliding door to 2 twin bedroom (which didn't have a heater). All other rooms had great heating for the cold winter and a fire place. It was a clean and comfortable stay and we are looking forward to staying here again next year!

The location was great, walking distance to Canyon Lodge and to the gondolas. We used the gondolas to go to the Village. Also there is a bus station across the street. The transportation is free in Mammoth Lakes, one needs to download an app for the bus schedule. The place was spacious and easy to warm up. The online description of the rooms is not extremely accurate. There are 5 bedrooms, two of them have one king bed each. The other three bedrooms have either two beds or bunk beds, as in the pictures on the website. There is jacuzzi on the property and a small pool. We enjoyed the condo and its great location.

Good location, close to lake Mary, stores, restaurants. The home was comfortable. The upstairs bathroom flush did not work and the door locks need to be upgraded. The bedroom lighting needs upgrading too. Other than that good place for a large group.

Great location - a 5 minute walk to Canyon lodge. The town home was warm and clean. A little dated but overall was perfectly suitable for our group of 9.

The house even don’t have Laundry in the house . You have to do the coin laundry near pool side or office. And even don’t have shampoo and body wash in bathroom , you have to go the office to ask for. Not very convinced and the wifi connection is poorly
