This was a very pleasant stay. It really exceeded my expectations. The place reminded me of a summer house of my granny and brought about a lot of warm memories. The rooms look almost like at the pictures but better in reality. It's a very nice place furnished in beautiful vintage/handmade style and it has its atmosphere which makes you feel cordially welcome. The garden is spacious and our dog could run around for which we were grateful. Moreover, just a short walk into the town, there's a nice park with a fortress which is great for having your dog run around a bit. We didn't have any troubles to find the place and just nearby there are a few little beaches available at hand. And finally the hosts, they were amazing. They really did their best to make our stay a beautiful memory. They didn't have to but they did much more for us than was agreed or than we expected. Thank you very much! <3

Vom ersten Moment an gaben uns Marija, ihre Eltern und Kinder das Gefühl, jederzeit herzlich willkommen und gern gesehen zu sein. Sie waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, vermittelten uns auf eine sehr individuelle Weise kroatisches Lebensgefühl in seiner schönsten Form. Es fehlte uns an nichts, wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen immer an sie wenden und bekamen sofort Unterstützung. Die hübsche kleine Oma-Wohnung mit separatem Eingang war auch in der größten Hitze ein kühler Ort und bezauberte uns durch seinen individuellen Einrichtungsstil aus Oma's antiken Möbeln und neu zugefügtem Mobiliar. Der geräumige Garten mit ausreichend Ruheliegen und gemütlichen Sitzecken lud zum Frühstück wie auch zum Abendessen unter freiem Himmel bei herrlichem Ausblick auf Meer und Gebirge ein. Senj als Urlaubsort ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der umliegenden Gegend.

Marija's place is very beautiful and comfortable. The place is old fashioned and very cosy. Also the huge garden is great. There's nothing better than sitting at the table under the tree during breakfast time enjoying lovely views to the sea. The house is located at quiet place about 10-15 minutes walk from crowded city centre. Senj is a nice town where you can find everything you need. It has very good location. It just may be a bit windy. Marija and her family are very nice people and great hosts. Always helpful. Highly recommended.
