the lodge itself was great. but the communication and they way they kicked us out before checkout was ridiculous. we had an 11am check out, and people started kicking us out around 930. we hadn't even eaten breakfast yet. they probably shouldn't have booked a bridal shower so close to checkout knowing they had to clean. although the lodge itself was great, how they kicked us out was unacceptable behavior. the people coming into clean were extremely rude to us, and one woman told me it wasn't her problem when I told her we hadn't even eaten breakfast yet. that experience left a bad taste in my mouth. we have family that live there, so we will definitely be back to visit but will never stay at that lodge again. we spend good money for the week and to be treated like that was a horrible experience. also Shannon can not be trusted. they were telling me that checkout was 10am I showed them my email confirmation that clearly said 11 and then all of a sudden on the air b n b app it switched

Really enjoyed our stay at the 10 gauge lodge. We had a family gathering and had plenty of room to gather, play games and room for small kids to roam around and play. Really enjoyed having access to a kitchen to cook our own meals and plenty of storage in the fridges. The rooms were soundproof as we had babies in a couple of rooms and the others did not hear them crying. Exceptional value compared to hotels! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a family vacation and the quiet location was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as we expected only better. The carousel swings at the community center next door were a highlight for the kids.

This lodge is amazing. Will definitely be staying here whenever we come to the area. Even if you are not coming for hunting it is an excellent choice. We had a large group of extended family and everyone enjoyed the location. Shannon was easy to communicate with and helpful.
