Paralia Beachfront residence is located on Paralia Kourna beach & is walking distance to amenities. The 500 sqm luxury space is split into 3 bungalows offering 5 bedrooms, 6 bathroom accommodating 10 people in beds and 2 extra guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed. The main amenities of the villa are: large pool of 250 sqm & gazebos, industrial professional kitchen & dining area, large landscaped area, soccer net, ping pong, bicycles. Private beach sun-beds. What Etouri loves about the villa: The villa is one of our popular choices for events & weddings as it includes a dedicated dining area with an industrial professional kitchen. It is perfect for all types of travelers such as: large groups, couples traveling with family & it's a bungalow so those with limited walking capability may find this convenient. It is within walking distance to all amenities. Layout The 4.000 sq. m property is found right on the beach of Paralia Kournas and is split into 3 bungalows. Outdoor amenities include: -250 sq. m walk-in private swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 m throughout. The pool includes a water heater/cooler system allowing to set the desired water temperature. This feature is available for an additional daily charge and may be used only for the entire duration of the stay. - In-pool seating area with hydro jets suitable for 8 guests. - Children’s pool section 0.40 m deep. - Pergola with breakfast table and evening seating in the pool middle walkway. - Gazebos can accommodate 4 guests and luxury mattresses sun-beds with umbrellas suitable for 8 guests. - Private on the beach sun-beds and umbrellas suitable for 8 guests. - Ping pong table, football nets and 4 bicycles are available (2 for adults & 2 for children). - Parking suitable for 5 cars Bungalow 1 Is dedicated to a professional appliance full kitchen with BBQ equipment. All appliances are industrial and include: 2 deep fryers, large industrial gas grill, gas stove, double door and shelf fridge, oven, dishwasher. The kitchen breakfast bar is suitable for 6 guests. This bungalow is located the closest to the pool area and has large panel sliding doors to enjoy seamless transition to the outdoor area. It also includes a dining area with a wooden table suitable for 14 guests. The bungalow includes a large 65” HDTV, sofa & dedicated Laundry area with the washing machine and clothes dryer. Bungalow 2 Includes a living room area with a large panel glass door which creates a seamless transition with the outdoor area and other bungalows. The living room space includes a comfortable sofa & chaise, A/C, a 49” satellite HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 5. In the same bungalow can be found a full kitchen with breakfast bar suitable for 6 guests. There are three bedrooms in this bungalow. Bedroom 1 Double en-suite bedroom includes an A/C, 32 inch TV, and seating area with a sofa. Full bathroom with hydromassage shower. Bedroom 2 Double en-suite bedroom includes an A/C, 32 inch TV, and seating area with a sofa. Full bathroom with hydromassage shower. This beachfront residence is everything you could imagine. Excellent location, impeccable grounds and the villas are all well stocked and very comfortable. One of the best things about our stay was the communication with the management team. They were there to tend to every question and request in a timely manner, and were always a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Crete.
This villa is a real find! We are two young families who stayed for a week with our toddlers/baby. It is great to have separate space, but also fantastic communal areas. The Villa is truly 5 star, really impressive throughout, with an incredible pool - better than most hotels! Furnishing is to a high standard, with an excellent level of detail. We used the private chef service which was amazing, and explored the local area (we’d recommend having a car). The hosts are super responsive and helpful, and there is a daily cleaner who is also fantastic. We are already thinking about booking a return trip next year.

A fabulous villa in a great location. It had everything we needed and more. Easy walking distance from restaurants and shops. Wonderful to have not only an amazing pool but also our own beach area - to be right on the beach was just perfect - the sea is shallow for quite some distance and was beautifully warm and calm! Unbeatable service from the etouri team and the daily maid was super helpful. We have wonderful memories of a great holiday, thank you.

Paralia Beachfront Residence is located right on the long, sandy beach of Kavros, a seaside village 43 km east of Chania and 19.5 km west of Rethymno. The Villa offers direct access to the beach from the pool terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Cretan sea, hot sun and blue sky.
Kavros village is the closest living area, easily reached on foot, which is well organised and has all the necessary facilities such as shops, mini markets, pharmacies, tavernas, restaurants and bars. The area is also an ideal location to stay since it is located in the middle of Crete which making it easy to visit most of the sights of the island.
Additionally Georgioupoli waterfront village is only 4.5 km from the villa which also offers all kind of shops, sandy beaches and a picturesque small church.
Other attractive spots near the villa include Kournas Lake, which is 7.3 km away from the villa and is the only natural freshwater lake in Crete, as well as Argiroupoli village, only 10.5 km away, well-known for the small spring waterfalls and the amount of the great, traditional taverns under the big trees!
