We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Hardin de Asis. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Pamela was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free and very accommodating. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by their friendly staffs and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was huge, clean and perfect for large family/groups, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The pool is perfectly clean and not just the kids enjoyed it, but the adults as well. Unlimited Karaoke time was a bonus! The rooms, however, are all on the second floor which might be a little challenging for PWD, but overall, our experience was amazing. Highly recommended! Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Pamela was nice and responsive, as was Ghie, the lady that received us. The garden and pool area were ok, but the rest of the place left much to be desired. The photos posted seemed to have been taken a while ago when the place was newer. It looked much better in the photos. The big dining area was large enough to accommodate a large group, but it was hot when we first arrived and the fans were not enough to keep us cooled. There were bugs and cats that kept trying to go inside the dining area. The bedrooms also seem worn down. The air conditioning unit in one room was broke so the 2 split typed units had to be used. It took forever to cool down the 1 room. The beds had clean looking sheets but the box springs were left uncovered and you could see the torn plastic coverings exposed. Again, I saw a roach crawling on my daughter’s bed and bugs were inside the closet. The shower area and toilet were old. None of the toiletries were supplied and we had to pay extra for water we drank.
