Felt right at home! We liked the small thoughtful touches throughout the airbnb: snacks, lipbalms, bathbomb, coffee and other amenities. View was great and better than what the pictures show. Nice big tub for relaxing at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great experience!

Very quaint, very clean, very homey, very peaceful and very quiet. A gem hidden in beautiful surroundings. Absolutely would return. Okay value for the price, but a bit more expensivev than I expected. But, you're in South Lake Tahoe. It's a sellers market and they have a captive audience. Lol. Thank you for a great stay in Lake Tahoe for 5-days and the memories we created for ourselves in celebrating our anniversary and the incredible smiles, laughter, and excitement this trip created for our 9 year old grandson. He was totally in awe the entire trip, snowmobiling, skiiing, seeing the mountains covered in snow surrounding the lake and playing in the snow. Perfect home base for Tahoe adventures - enjoyed the easy to connect to TV, convenient and effective little fireplace - also the other “fire place” and TV in the bedroom as well as the huge king sized sleep number bed made for a really restful stay - the tub and bathroom are great as well - would recommend and hope to return in the future!

This is our first time using Airbnb and our first real travel experience. We arrived at our accommodation early to avoid a snowstorm. After explaining the reason to Alison & John, they were happy to let us into the house as soon as possible. Otherwise, our first lunch might have been a big problem. Thank you to the host for being understanding. The children were very happy there. There is a hillside behind the house, and we made our own small slide for the children to play with the tube. Alison & John also reminded us to stay away from the eaves to prevent us from being injured by snow falling from the roof. Thanks again for the reminder. The kids also loved playing in the bubble bath. In the end, because of the snowstorm, we were almost trapped in the house and couldn't go out. We didn't have any experience going out in a snowstorm. Fortunately, we brought enough food. No matter what, it was a good experience and provided us with a lot of experience for future travels.
