I spent a very pleasant week here in mid-September. The apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a 2 floor house. The house seems isolated but it is only a 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, on an unpaved path. There is no street lighting, so bring a flash lamp if you plan to come home after dark! The rich vegetation unfortunately obstructs the sea view, but the patio is still very nice. The apartment feels a bit run down, but the mattresses feel new and almost everything works (water pressure is an issue in the outside shower and in the bathroom sink). Also, mosquito screens would be a great improvement: I had to keep the windows shut almost the entire time.

La casa si trova in una posizione eccellente. Alcune parti dell'arredamento necessiterebbero di manutenzione, ma la casa risulta nel complesso, per come è strutturata, comoda e funzionale.

The house is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk from Scaglieri/Biodola beach. The best is having the hot water shower in the garden too, very convenient in summer when you come home from the sea. From the pictures the house looked a bit newer, nothing major to complain, all the basics are in good and working order, there could be some improvements on the furnitures which are a bit dated, but all in all a good experience. Maria, the lady who is there for you if there is any issue, is always available and quick in replying.

La casa è in una buona posizione, si può raggiungere le spiaggie di Scaglieri e Biodola a piedi. Si trova immersa nel verde e c'è un stupenda bouganville. Il terrazzo/patio si affaccia su una strada secondaria senza vista mare ma con vista pineta e Monte. La casa è comoda ma secondo noi andrebbe curata meglio. In alcuni angoli delle pareti c'erano zanzare spiaccicate col sangue, in un cassetto di un mobile ho trovato alcuni capelli. In cucina purtroppo c'era un forte odore di muffa e umido. Il tavolo da giardino era usurato e perdeva pezzi di plastica, il tappetino di ingresso era vecchio. Alcune zanziere erano rotte. In generale una casa comoda ma non è stato un soggiorno accogliente. Peccato, andrebbe tenuta meglio.
