We had a really nice stay at Kaya's Villa, the villa was as described and Kaya was extremely responisive to all questions and assisted with everything we asked and more. I would personally say that Kaya is an amazing host and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I would definitely recommend a stay in this villa to anyone. The villa is literally a 2 minute walk from the Chamada Prestige Hotel, I would still say that a rental car is required as it is not walkable to anything else, however we already knew that we would require a car rental, so this was not a problem for us at all and car rentals are extremely affordable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your Villa we had a wonderful time x

I honestly had a great time at this Villa. Very beautiful and it looks as exactly as it is in the pictures. Peaceful and quiet environment. 3 to 5 minutes walk from Chamada Resort and casino. Kaya has every basic things needed in the home. He is very responsive and made checkin and checkout process very easy for his guests. The lights around the house and in the pool at night is just breathtaking, Beautiful. I strongly recommend this home and yes, it worth the process. Remember, you paid for what you get.

Just back from a great week stay at this lovely bungalow. Rooms were all a good size and kitchen had everything you needed. The outside space and pool are wonderful with a lovely sea view and Mountain View. Very quiet while we were there and very restful. I would say you do need a car as although supermarkets (sah was our favourite) and restaurants are not far, they are not walkable. Kaya was a great host and always quick to reply with any questions or queries we had. There was an issue with one of the toilets(which we hadn’t even realised) and the plumber was round the next day to fix it. Any request I had was sorted straight away, for example I asked for a full sized ironing board and an hour later I had one! Our favourite restaurants were Eminem, The Kitchen and Royal China. Thanks again Kaya, we’ll definitely be back soon!
