One of the nicest places available on the island. Dora was a responsive and attentive host. This property is an outlier when compared to what else is available in Terceira. Waking-up every morning to the beautiful view of the sea is something to behold.

Dora was very friendly and helpful (and bonus, she speaks fluent English). The apartment was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the ocean view, pool, and nearby restaurants.

Great place - great decor - great location - slow wifi. We loved our stay at Dora's house. From the beginning, Dora was very easy to communicate with and send suggestions. We even arrived early and Dora was able to accommodate us. The location of the house is great for walks along the water, walks to downtown, and walking to few restaurant options, all with great food. The views from both the back and front of the house are amazing. There is ample parking for a car or scooters. Location of the house makes it a great starting point for daily adventures to sightseeing. We didn't use the kitchen, but it has everything you need to cook. The only critique was the WiFi was slow and only really useable on the main floor. Overall it was a great experience and would come back and stay here.
