退房以后要求我加钱但如之前没有说明，态度让人不舒服

Claudia and Ralph were very responsive to any email I sent. This was our first time travelling to Switzerland and didn't know public transport and they provided us with the app and tried to help. It was a bit confusing at first as didn't know the places but the app is great!. Apartment was lovely, clean, tidy, fresh with enough space for 2 people. The only thing to make it an outstanding place would be to install an oven for some easy meals and better pillows. We were really lucky to have such nice weather and the area around is gorgeous Overall was a great place and would go back!

Unfortunately this apartment is on ground/basement floor partly, hence it is very dark and rather damp. Your towels will not dry within 24 hours even if you leave the windows open and its 27C outside. The internet is also rather slow, allowing only about 5 Mbps and being rather unstable, it is not suitable for any video watching or any video calls, luckily I was able to resort to my hotspot on locally purchased simcard. Apart from these issues, the apartment was clean and tidy, some things even upgraded over the pictures (new bathroom, flatscreen tv). The public parking area is like a minute walk away. The surrounding area is beautiful and it is a good starting point if you decide to spend your vacation in Switzerland, though I would not recommend it for a work stay or for anyone who will be spending more than nights inside the apartment.

Super séjour passé chez Claudia. Le logement était dans un état de propreté irréprochable. Les vélos à dispositions sont un plus agréable. Le logement est très fonctionnel et est fidèle à la description.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Claudia, das Studio ist gemütlich und ruhig und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bei Fragen war Claudia immer erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswert :)
