What a great find! I stayed in unit #4 with some friends and we very much appreciated the fact that basic toiletries, coffee, and basic kitchen needs were supplied. We also liked that both bedrooms were of a great size AND there were two full bathrooms. The property is set up as small apartments in different small buildings all joined by a concrete courtyard with a pool and sitting/lounging areas. It was nice to be able to interact with other guests staying in the other units, but it was also quiet and private enough to have alone time when needed. The two biggest bonuses of the property were that we had a dedicated parking space for our rental, and each unit has their own washer and dryer for laundry! I also had a chance to sit with Dakota and chat (he stays on the property) and he's a very nice guy with an interesting story. It made me more comfortable to put a face and personality to the host. Would def stay here again. Value and location can't be beaten.

My trip here was beyond AMAZING!! I loved the cute house we stayed in it was beautiful & everything we wanted for our trip. Dakota was beyond amazing with everything from before we booked til the end! When I come back I definitely plan on booking here again, the perfect spot!

Wat een leuk verblijf! We verbleven 3 nachten. Er zijn vele restaurants op loopafstand, grote supermarkt op 2min wandelen, de oude stad en luchthaven zijn 9min met de auto. Het huisje was gezellig met alle voorzieningen. Goed uitgeruste keuken om zelf te koken, 2 badkamers en een zwembad om af te koelen. Onze host Dakota was SUPER! Ze reageerde altijd meteen en was heel vriendelijk!! We hadden een goed contact en je kan met alles bij haar terecht! Ik raad dit verblijf ten sterkte aan!

Dakota was extremely nice and helpful, especially since he held our bags there before check in. He gave a lot of great tips and recommended spots for us to visit in Old San Juan. Even though we only stayed for one night, everything we needed was already there and the supermarket was not so far. I would definitely come back to this listing again in the future!
