It was a very fantastic place, and a very fun experience. I would love to give this a five star overall however, the only thing that was uncomfortable was the amount of crane flies. We understand that we are surrounded with nature, however, we thought that the place was fully sealed. But I guess that there was a crack somewhere that kept the crane flies from coming in. No matter how many times we try to kill it or let it fly outside, more would come back from the inside. But the place was near the pool, the showers, etc. stargazing was amazing and mini golfing was fun.

The location had a very bad propane smell and didn’t match the photos in the description. Our place was very messy there was a lot of dust and dirt and shoe marks on the tent. Also the bathrooms and showers where not very clean. Lasty the location is called ponderosa resort and im not sure if the host has any affiliation with the company because they do not charge a cleaning fee and the price was different online.

This is a great way to introduce our kids to camping/hiking trips. They love the bunk beds. We rented the wagon for our family of four, so we had more beds than needed. We ended up using two of the beds as our luggage space. Bathrooms were a bit far to walk to in the middle of the night. It was great in the day time as bathrooms and showers were always clean whenever me needed to use them. Breakfast was not the best. It was just bagels, pancakes, some pastries, fruits, black coffee and juices. Eggs, bacons or any protein will be extra charges. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court, and mini-goft (extra charge). We wanted to do ATV sunset tour, but we didn’t think of booking it ahead of time. We ended at the Canyon Overlook trail inside Zion for sunset. It is so awesome how the ranch is only 5 miles away from Zion East entrance. We were able to hike in the morning, came back to do some activities at the ranch, and went back to Zion for sunset. April is an experience host 👍🏼👍🏼

Our family had an amazing time! The kids did not want to leave! The wagon was just like in the pictures. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and the girls at the check in counter were super nice! The whole experience is just something our kids will never forget! Thank you April for all the recommendations, we’ll definitely return next year!

April was very quick to answer my questions and gave lots of details and suggestions for our visit. This trip was a 21st birthday gift for our son and he and his buddies really enjoyed the resort and the covered wagon experience.
