A lovely place to stay. We wanted somewhere to stay to visit family in Devon and this was everything we’d hoped for.

Great stay over new year! Sophie was a very flexible host and was really helpful prior to our stay.
We received a warm welcome with cake! The property was just right for our short visit to a beautiful part of Devon.
Sophie was so welcoming and friendly. She met us on arrival to let us in and there was a delicious home-baked cake waiting for us in the kitchen. The cottage was very comfortable, especially the double bed and the kitchen was really well equipped. The garden was really tranquil and calming, watching the birds on the feeders. It is quite isolated and there are not many pubs or places to eat on a Monday or Tuesday but it's fantastically situated for a visit to RHS Rosemoor and the Tarka Trail.
