I stayed for a weekend. The check-in process was smooth. This place was close to the beach and the airport. I would suggest renting a car to get around, there are a few restaurants within ~15 min walking distance but majority of places, including the closest convenience store, were a short drive away. We felt the room and appliances were a little dated, but fine for a weekend stay.

Wife and I stayed in this area of TCI during the summer so we really wanted to find something near the beach and the restaurants at the Marina and this cute place delivers that! Your own private beach area with plenty of loungers . Beach towels were supplied and large cooler was available for use . The room is plenty room for two persons with a sitting area and a cabinet that had a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The hotel size refrigerator was a bonus as we’re expecting one much smaller . The stairs up to the room are right by the pool and the courtyard area is gorgeous with all the plants and flowers . It was very peaceful to enjoy coffee in the morning. We also received cleaning services 4 times in a 7 day stay which we were not expecting as the Listing only referred to one mid week cleaning . Our only complaint was the mattress . Boy It’s rough.. I would give this place 5 stars of not for that mattress . It’s not a deal breaker for us but it was painful to sleep on.

Great location if you want to get away and relax. Super chill and easy. We didn’t rent a car and were pretty happy walking to restaurants near by (Sharkbites and Mango Reef) and taking a taxi to Da Conch Shack Wednesday night and Mr. Groupers and Fishfry on Thursday. Expect to pay about $25-$30 to go anywhere. Room was perfect for just my wife and me, had everything we needed. Private beach was amazing and the pool back at the villa was also perfect. The kayaks were fun and we kayaked through the canal and out into the ocean. Dream spot for paradise get away! Hope to be back soon.

The peaceful and quiet location was a short walk from the beach. Free beach towels and chairs were a huge plus. The beach was pristine. I snorkeled every day right from the shore. There were no crowds this time of year (June). Weather was perfect. Will definitely return. Being a solo traveler, I enjoy being away from the busy tourist spots. It was the getaway I was looking for. Fast internet for the occasional work interruptions. Highly recommend.

First time in Turks & Caicos - loved every minute of it! The location of this place was very private and away from all the hype/shopping/day-to-day busyness of the "resorts". Private beach access - roughly 200-250 steps on a stone path to an incredibly beautiful beach. Chairs and umbrellas were setup for our use and at our time of the year were never full. There is great snorkeling directly out from this beach and if you want to do add'l snorkeling you can walk down the beach at the official spot of Smith's reef. We swam with sea turtles down there almost daily when snorkeling by the reef - it was amazing! There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car (spot on site was provided at the villa) and explored a lot of Providenciales. We could access everything we needed within 5-10 minutes. Luz (property manager) was amazing and her and the staff kept everything clean, fresh towels as needed, etc. We definitely want to go back as soon as possible.
