Felipe's place is amazing value for money and Felipe himself is very friendly and although his English and our Spanish is limited, communication was no probmem. The place is exactly as shown and described, and the pools are lovely. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a supermarket and several good restaurants nearby. We were pretty young (28 & 27) compared to the average guests, but my girlfriend being pregnant we preferred a quiet place to lay low with the opportunity to go on adventure in our rental car. Parking is street parking and scarce, but Felipe will show you how you can always find parking even when it's otherwise full. We will definitely consider coming back after our baby is born as the location would also be really nice for a small family!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From Felipe and Zlata (lovely people!), to the apartrment itself, to the swimming pools. Everything was mind-blowing and I can't wait to go back, next time for a much longer period! Thanks again Felipe and Zlata, you made our stay in Tenerife memorable!

Felipe is een uitstekende host, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is goed uitgerust met alle basisvoorzieningen, zelfs extra’s zoals zeep en shampoo. Netheid over het algemeen OK, alleen in de keuken scoorde dit ondermaats. Gebruikte en natte vodden in de kast stonken bij aankomst en zijn niet zo hygiënisch. Te veel etenswaren in de kast die niemand nog gebruikt en meeste kruiden waren zelfs al jaren vervallen. Het terras ligt het grootste deel van de dag in de schaduw (wij waren hier in maart, in de zomer zal dit waarschijnlijk wel anders zijn). Er verblijven veel Belgen in dit complex. Zwembad met bar is een grote troef. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

My sister and I had an amazing week in Felipes property, Felipe welcomed us in person when we arrived. The property is just as it is in the photos, it had everything we needed and more. There are lots of herbs, spices and oil to cook with. Supermarket less than 100 metres away. The three pools are massive and so lovely to have, it is not busy around the pools, sometimes we were the only ones there. The area feels very safe and Felipe was contactable throughout our stay, he helped book us a taxi. Felipe is very kind. Thank you.
