Our stay at Black river was very nice. The location of the Airbnb is excellent, very close to all local activities such as Floyd’s Pelican bar, YS falls and the crocodile tour on Black river. We messaged the host on Airbnb and she was not responsive, however, the wonderful woman on site who greeted us was accommodating and kind. Stacey Anne went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as can be. At first, the host hadn’t sent her our booking to her, but she let us store our bags in the restaurant while we went to explore the town. She even arranged us lunch even though it was a holiday because she knew that nothing would be open in town. Stacey Anne even cooked us breakfast early so that we would be able to leave early the next morning to go to YS falls with a ride that she had arranged with fellow patrons staying in the hotel. Thanks to her, we truly had a great stay even if the pool was out of commission and the shower didn’t work.

This places was right in the middle of where we needed to be. We made the reservation last minute and they were able to accommodate us which was great.

This is my second time staying here. It is a wonderful place to stay (close proximity to YS Falls, Pelican Bar). The room had everything I needed and the host was quick to respond. The place is also a short walk from the taxi parks and markets. I highly recommend it!
