Very nice rustic retreat in the countryside of Gozo. Very easy to visit all the highlights of the island. We walked to the nearest beach a couple of times, its nice and secluded, not crowded. Mani was responsive and came to pick us up at the central square in town. At night you hear all the animals in the neighbourhood, is wonferfull. We ate outside every single night. The bbq is great. Its an old farmhouse, with old furniture, so that´s what to expect - it makes it charming. Very nice hot water for post-walk showers t get rid of the dust. To recommend. The welcome package was also really attentive.

Mani is a great host and thought of all our needs which took away any travelling stress. Use of his jeep was essential and a lot of fun! The farmhouse was lovely and quaint with mod cons too. Excellent place and a lovely host…highly recommended Sam B

We had such a lovely time here, would highly recommend staying here. Communicative and helpful host, the house was clean and had heaps of character, and the jeep was an added bonus!

We had a fantastic stay at The Hermitage and loved everything. From the quirky old stone walled rooms of the original farmhouse, the beautiful sun terrace and peaceful courtyard to the fun little keep which helped us explore Gozo. Mani was fantastic throughout and helped with booking restaurants and activities and gave great advice on where to visit. Overall a brilliant holiday and a fantastic place to stay! Thank you! Arthur (5yrs old) says the best things were the bumpy roads in the jeep and the shepherd walking by every evening.

Unser Urlaub bei Mani war ein Traum! Das Haus und die Gegend für Leute, die Ruhe suchen ideal. Der Jeep hat uns allen viel Spass gemacht, er vermittelt wie so Vieles auf Gozo einfach ein tolles Freiheitsgefühl. Vielen Dank für Alles, den reibungslosen Transfer und die problemlose Kommunikation. 🙋‍♂️
