Sehr schön gelegen wie beschrieben und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da es in den ersten Nächten schon Recht kühl war, hätten wir uns etwas wärmer Decken gewünscht.

Hopefully this review will help anyone who is unsure if this property is right for them. Sorry this is a really picky but honest review. Firstly the cons: Not met at port as described and so had to get a taxi. It's not that far but with heavy bags and in the heat of the afternoon it's further than you might want to walk. The bed is VERY firm. There is no holder for the shower head but we did not have a problem with that. Water drained very slowly in the bathroom basin and the floor wasn't very clean around the bin. The shower curtain was very stained at the bottom. There is a step up to the bathroom which is easy to forget or not see if you get up in the night. To avoid this we always closed the sliding door. You can hear the fridge at night as it's in the same room as the bed, something we hadn't thought about but didn't bother us too much. Cooker is a bit unsteady with not many kitchen utensils although just enough to get by, there are plastic pots but no lids. No large knife to cut bread and only one wine glass. A few niggles like missing drawer knobs and a drawer missing from the wardrobe. Water in the bottom of the fridge on arrival that we had to mop up or it would have been all over the floor. The tv/wi-fi socket made a crackling sound so a bit worrying if this was safe and couldn't get the tv to work anyway. The kitchen light also flickered or went off when you turned something else on. Water came in, on the night of a storm, onto the floor from under the wardrobe. The front door handle was snapped off making it difficult to open unless the key was in the door. The pool got a bit dirty on the bottom by the end of the week but this could have been partly because twice the pool man came and we were either in it or by it so he wouldn't stay and spoil our peace. He did come at least one other time though when we were out and he didn't clean it then either. Pros: The villa location is perfect, so quiet yet an easy 10 minute (at the most) stroll into town/port. Set in beautiful grounds with olive trees, figs, limes, pomegranites, plums, grapes etc. all of which we were allowed to eat. The pool is a great size and even though it did get a little dirty on the bottom it didn't bother us as we don't go to the bottom of the pool! The net was kept on the side of the pool so you could remove debris (mostly olives) yourself. The aircon worked perfectly. Always plenty of hot water. Even though there is no toaster the little cooker does have a grill which was perfect for toast or bruschetta etc. for lunch. The bed was huge with lovely soft pillows. Small washing line outside (with pegs) that was under the canopy so it didn't get wet if it rained. We did get bitten by mosquitos even though we used loads of insect repellant but no worse than in neighbouring Skiathos. This villa is just like it is in the pictures, small, basic and quaint which was just what we were looking for. If you want high end luxury this is not the place for you but I think that is rather obvious. It could be much better with a few tweaks here and there but we enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for what we paid especially for the time of year.

Amazing pool where we spent most of our time. Pool is large, private, and clean. The hut is basic and clean. Great value for money.

The hosts were responsive and let us check in early but this place is a joke for what we paid. It’s a very old building which is in a nice quite private garden. That’s the only nice thing about this place. The pool was dirty and not really usable because it doesn’t have the right equipments to keep it clean. There were so many dead insects and the bottom of the pool had a lot of soil. I’ve asked The host whether everything was okay with the pool and the answer were yes! The mattress were horrible. I think it was the worst I have ever slept on it. In my personal opinion, this place is great if you pay below 50 euro per night in high season but anything above that it’s a day time robbery. If you want to get annoyed and felt like beaten up bcs of the horrible matters, this is the place for you.

Lovely small one room apartment. Pool was amazing- the highlight of our stay. Pool was cleaned by a pool man once during our stay. Location is perfect, 15 minute walk to Skopelos port. Bedroom and kitchen is in the same room. Bed is comfy and clean. Kitchen is basic with not many utensils. No microwave or toaster. It was difficult to cook meals in the kitchen but it has a fridge/freezer so we could keep water cold etc. Bathroom is basic, very small shower and there is no hook for the shower head so you have to hold the shower head. Basic accommodation which I think was over priced for the accommodation itself but we loved the private pool.
