房间很干净！但是楼梯很窄，如果拿箱子的话会很不方便。离主要景点很近，很方便。

cute apartment in a super central location. walking distance into the city and to the train station. I really enjoyed my time here, especially my coffee on the balcony in the mornings - would definitely recommend.

Albertos place is lovely. Minimally decked out with Ikea furniture, it is spacious and welcoming. The staircase is narrow as pointed out in previous reviews, and the appartment is a few floors up but it is not a problem (unless you do have a serious mobility issue). There is a lovely balcony which looks over the typical narrow Palermo backstreet. The room was chilly (as I guess any such old appartrment would be), but Alberto was very helpful in providing an additional fleece cover for the very comfortable bed. Alberto also helped out with the arrival access arragnement, given that an app was susggested (I am not so technically inclined), so subsequent access was really effortless. However, the main attraction about the appartment is the location - you are right in the thick of the 'action', with bars, hsitorical sites, the cathedral, main train station, market etc just minutes walk away - yet the location of the appartment in a side street makes it totally quiet! Einfaches, komfortables kleines Apartment. Gut erreichbar und gute Anbindung an die Altstadt (zu Fuß); 3. Stock etwas schwer erreichbar über schmale Treppen, keine großen Koffer mitnehmen, für Handgepäck machbar! Küche könnte noch um einen Wasserkocher ergänzt werden, ansonsten alles sauber und ordentlich. Einfache und praktische Ausstattung, das Bett war bequem.
