We loved our few days at the Noddle and really enjoyed Hoy and Orkney, a really beautiful place with fascinating history and heritage. The house was fantastic, comfortable, nicely decorated with lots of spaces for people to relax. The setting and view both really lovely. We were blessed with a couple of days of great weather and enjoyed the birds and the gardens. Thanks very much we will return one day.

The Noddle was a fantastic base for adventuring around Hoy, its location near the sea and to Emily’s Place was handy. The lovely garden and wood fired stove were particular highlights of the house which was exactly as described in the advert. Thank you again Tony!

Tony's place is the ideal place for when you need to escape the business of life and just chill. Hoy is a very quiet island, with one shop and a few cafes that don't open all year round so you have to go knowing that you have to make your own entertainment. I would also suggest that you take your food across with you. Saying that, we absolutely loved the house and we did plenty of walking. The house is right on a little beach, is secluded and not overlooked and it is the definition of peace and quiet. I loved getting up early with a coffee and spending some time reading on the day bed and watching the rabbits and the birds go by. A lovely few days.
