Despite my late arrival in Salerno, Carmen was accommodating and welcomed me into her place. Not only was the check in process smooth, she checked in with me every morning to see if I needed any help and was proactive in reaching out. The place was exactly as described, and tastefully decorated with its signature Italian charm. I immediately felt at ease and right at home during the entirety of my stay. I already miss the morning cappuccinos and lemon cake homemade by Carmen - a great way to start the day. I would not hesitate to stay with Carmen again should I return to Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. Grazie Mille!

Amazing - Carmen's place is the nicest Airbnb I've ever visited. The room is spacious, comfortable and spotless; it's very close to the beach and all the main attractions of beautiful Salerno. It is an easy walk from the train station. Carmen was friendly and attentive. She let me check in early and gave great directions. Also, the included breakfast was delicious! Truly incredible value for the price. Thank you, Carmen - I hope to return someday!

Carmen’s place is right in the middle of Salerno’s historic neighborhood, just a short walk to ferry terminals and lots of bars/restaurants. It is the perfect home base for travelers looking for a bit of authentic old world charm with easy access to everything the region offers. Carmen was a wonderful host, who prepared a beautiful breakfast spread each morning and was always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. Her homemade cakes and biscotti were a real highlight!
