Maria is a lovely and proactive host. Place is exactly as described flat in manners of 60ts and I have big room with comfortable bed to sleep in . Thank you for having me.

From the moment I messaged Maria late evening she was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival I discovered Maria had a thick Irish accent and we immediately shared stories due to my mother’s side. Her husband, Franklin, is a cheery and brilliant musician from Trinidad. Both of them were a joy to be around. Whilst they were more than happy for me to just come in and be by myself, I actively chose to stay and enjoy their company as they were so fun, interesting and friendly. Maria made me tea and gave me biscuits, showed me around the place and Franklin and I discussed our shared musicianship stories. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It’s a popular place, with lots of people staying there and passing periodically through the corridors, but the vibe is beautiful and it’s very homely. If I’m needing to stay in or even close to the area in the future I will 100% be staying with Maria and Franklin again.

Maria is really friendly and welcoming. I booked to stay 3 hours before I checked in and she communicated really well. I would be happy to return.

I needed Maria's place for a night and I had to get there at midnight. I was late an hour, and Maria didn't sleep to make me welcome with a great ginger tea 🙂 Thanks , Maria. My always destination will be your wonderful place. Thanks for your warm welcome. It was great 👍
