Appartamento ampio camere pulite siamo stati come a casa , Sig. Federico sempre presente e molto gentile. Posizione dell’appartamento ottima vicino al Parco del Retiro e ben servito da mezzi pubblici e taxi. Supermercati vicini per la spesa . Quanto torneremo a Madrid alloggeremo sicuramente in questo appartamento! Grazie per l’accoglienza!

great place to stay. owner was very receptive. the apt was very clean. I would stay here again. only complaints I would have is the noise above the apt was quite busy since that is the entrance to the building. we turned on some fans that were provided and that helped overcome the noise. the hot water did not last long but I think that may just be a europe thing. we quickly adjusted to taking very quick showers. lol

Federico's place is extremely spacious for 4 people and in a great location with bars, supermarkets, Retiro Park and the Metro nearby. Communication was great and the host was very helpful.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Kellergeschoss und beide Schlafzimmer haben keine Fenster. Deshalb leider schlechte Luft. Sehr hellhörig zum darüberliegenden Eingangsflur des gesamten Hauses. Ein schöner großer Küchen- und Wohnbereich.

the House was very noisy. You could hear the neighbours very good until late in the morning. Also I did miss W windows in the sleepingroom, therefore it was quite hot and no fresh air. The place was suited well, nearby a beautiful parc. Also the centre was easy to reach by walking, the House was clean and communication with Federico was good.
