Doug and Lou Lyn shared Holy Cow Farm with my family of 4 (7 and 9yrs.) for a long weekend. We got exactly what we were looking for! Their home is spacious with Southern charm including a huge yard and beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. Every evening we had smores by the fire pit (thanks for the wood) and fed the friendly cows, who made my kids' vacation. There are local farms to grab produce and Spartanburg, Tryon, NC and Greenville are all great places to find great shops restaurants and even minor league baseball! Doug and Lou Lyn are amazing hosts and made this a great experience for my family.

my friends and I went for a wedding in South Carolina and Doug’s Place was perfect. We were traveling from a state 13 hours away and Doug was so flexible with the check-in time he allowed us to check in early. That way we could get a rest from driving all night. The farm was beautiful and it was a great scenic view. I wish we would’ve went out and warmer time so that we could enjoy the pool more but we did get one good day in it. All in all, it was a very beautiful home very comfortable and very great host who were there for us 24/7 if we needed. I extremely recommend this home for anyone traveling with a big group.

Great stay in a quiet house outside the city. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Super comfortable beds, ample space to spread out.
