This apartment is way better than we expected before check-in. From the entrance of the residence complex to the concierge at the building, it deliver high quality of the entire properties. Room setup is neat, bright wide view from the balcony, words can’t describe how much I enjoyed it. The Paris Club (gym and cafe of the complex) is a good place to spend some lazy time at. The waving swimming pool, beach volleyball and basketball court in this complex perhaps is the best throughout the Philippines. Excellent location right near an SM shopping mall, the SM City Bicutan, you got everything you need there. Close to skyway to avoid traffic, convenient to the airport. Highly recommend to everyone of you ever plan to book an apartment in Manila, this is the one!

A great place to stay in. My friends and I enjoyed the place even the pool isn't operational (Ms. Rowena was very honest about it - even offering to rebook the place on a different date). The place was clean and is the same with what was advertised. Great location and awesome host! She's easy to talk to and instructions were very clear. Will definitely book again!

Rowena's property was superb! Has a great view of the pool area. Both Rowena and the caretaker Genevieve were helpful and great host! Highly recommended for a short staycation!

It was our first time to try having a staycation so we have a lot of inquiries and worry. We are so thankful to Ma'am Rowena for answering all our questions. The room was more than what we expected and the view was really relaxing. It's a great place for friends who want to relax and just chill around.
