Upon arrival, I was caught by surprise, finding out her son lived there, along with another male guest being there. The profile came across as a single woman and her dog, which is why I booked it. The male guest was given the room that I booked and paid for. The bed was physically uncomfortable, and the room was tiny. Kim did try to rectify this by giving me her room for the week, which I appreciated. She did her best to make me comfortable, but I was already feeling unsettled. I appreciate the effort she made to try and correct the issues that came up.

I was new to the area, it was a great location, close to Romford city centre. Kathleen was always very helpful and accommodating!

we have used Kathleen's place more than once. it's great for the price and a super location for either motorway access or public transport. if I need to stay in Romford again this will be my first choice. Kathleen goes above and beyond to make your stay welcoming and stress free. lots of love from sunny Spain xx

Kathleen was the perfect host, I honestly couldn't have asked for more. I felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as I entered, and wanted for nothing the entire duration. The location is ideal, and I was given all the information I needed to get around and enjoy my stay. Such a wonderful two weeks, I didn't want to leave! 100% recommend 💗

Great host. Always worried about your comfort in the house. Very clean and welcoming house. Very comfortable bed Great decoration. Will revisit soon
