Super clean, super location, super friendly host!!Highly recommend! The host had prepared lots of groceries, butter, milk, yoghurt, kid soft drink, coffee, different kinds of biscuits and cereals...everything that you can think of. And had advised us local shops which were amazing. 房东两口子人特别好，礼貌友好，会推荐好吃好喝。房子非常干净，小巧整洁，看起来很新。地理位置超级好，虽然佛罗伦萨中心本就不大，但是背着孩子还是很喜欢这个有利位置。换尿布、上厕所等事宜，回家即可。房东准备了好多吃喝用度，有咖啡有奶油有果酱有各种饼干早餐谷物和糖果，还有牛奶有酸奶有小孩饮料，完美！

As other reviewers mention, the location is superlative! In addition the apartment is spacious, modern, clean and the bed linens were high quality. The kitchen was very well appointed. We cooked a few meals and found all the equipment needed. I much prefer staying in a spacious, safe and quiet place rather than a hotel. And having the clothes washer and dryer was such an added bonus! When I return to Firenze I will stay here again!

My mature uncle and I took his last trip to Europe and we are both so appreciative to have stayed in Andreas Air Bnb for this. Andrea was there to greet us when we arrived from a long trip and also helped us with our luggage as well as ordering a cab for us when we checked out. He is a friendly, responsive and wonderful host that I very highly recommend. This Air Bnb is a perfect location to walk to the Uffizi, Duomo and many other Florence treasures. Snacks and supplies in the fridge were graciously left for us to use. In our situation, the two separate washrooms and bedrooms were perfect for privacy. Couples, friends could share this bnb or a family could accommodate easily because of the layout. The beds were comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and the wifi worked well. Check out the Bargello museum which you can see from your window. There are stairs with solid guardrails, so make sure you can climb a few flights. Thank you Andrea and Silvia, for a wonderful stay.

Andrea is the most friendly welcoming host I came across. Andrea was flexible and kind and his place is clean and stocked up with amenities. Even goodies for us in the fridge and cookies/bakeries welcoming treats. Girls, he not only have hair dryer, he got hair curler for ya. I am highly recommend Andrea’s place for your stay in Florence
