Perfect is all I can say! If you love looking over a beautiful valley as the clouds lift and the suns morning rays set the mountains on fire, it’s even better from the hot tub!! The stars and milky way feel like you could reach up and touch them. This ‘real’ log cabin is very well built and cared for. Georgia has the place well stocked with everything you need, if you’re lucky you may even get some homemade scones :) Walter was great with logistics, best scenic drives/hikes, which were abundant all around the area, and they were both available for anything while also respecting privacy. Give Tux a pat on the head and we’ll surely see you soon!

Hosts and the remote setting were wonderful! Beautiful nearby hikes. Bring drinking water jugs or ask host to provide. This was not clear on the listing.

I would give Georgia’s cabin 6 stars if I could. The cabin was so comfortable and cozy with all amenities. Our stay was so relaxing and the views were amazing. Great hiking trails close by and wonderful wild flowers. Our dog enjoyed the cabin and property immensely!

Our stay was so amazing and it was the perfect place to have our special time away for our wedding. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the roses! It really was a nice special touch. Being able To enjoy the hot tub and stargaze most nights was a huge part of what we were looking for. Georgia and Walter were amazing and were always clear that we could call at any time and could knock on their door whenever we needed. They are such an active local couple - Walter even took daily bike rides down rt 730! Really a great motivation for how we could eventually have our own Gunnison way of life in the Ohio valley. It was so nice to have a short drive to some of the best hikes in the area around Kebler pass! We look forward to future stays and seeing tux again!
