这个房子真的是“意外之喜”，也是我住过最用心，最干净的房子。房东爷爷看得出来是在认真用心经营这座非常温馨的房子。

5 stars. Recommend Montanelli 48 to any one going to this area of Italy. Roberto and his son, Michele, are Super Hosts. The photos do not show how delightful the apartment is to sit in and ponder your day's adventures. Every thing you may need is close by and convenient. (Train and airport 15-20 mins walk) It is a second-floor (townhouse) apartment, with beautiful light and plenty of tall, screened-in, windows with shutters. The amenities are generous, the kitchen is modern and there are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the rooms. The apartment is well decorated and bright. I did not want to leave!

Great, friendly, responsive host! The house was wonderful with ALL the necessary amenities and very clean. The location was also perfect, being a short 10 minute walk to the airport and train station. We really enjoyed our stay.

The flat is spacious and charming, with avian art touches. It’s convenient for getting to the airport, and a short walk to the Arno and a short bus ride or a walk to the center of Pisa. Roberto’s son met us and helped us get our bags up the flight of stairs. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay in Roberto his place. Location is a dream. Its almost weird that an airbnb is just a 10 minute walk from the airport. Normally you'll have to take a train/metro/bus from an airport but nope, 1 straight line from the airport and you'll find a calm and safe neighborhood with a supermarket, a few pizza places and a gelateria just around the corner. there is a bus stop in front of the appartment but most of the times we walked to te central station where we grabbed trains and busses to all kind of directions. communication with the host was how it should be, and Roberto and Michele made our life easy with regards to checking in and out.
