Overall OK experience, although we had to cancel reservation early due to reasons unrelated to host/property. This reservation was for my student son, so this review is based on both his and my experiences. Good: 1) Front Desk allowed Early Check In. 2) Front Desk staff helped with carrying bags to 4th floor room. 3) Front Desk helped with updating guest name to my son's when airbnb itself didn't. 4) Room was clean. Bad: 1) The room was different from shown in pictures. We had booked this room specifically because the pictures showed a chest of drawers and a wardrobe in the room. The actual room had neither. 2) The room was on 4th floor in a building that has no elevator. This wasn't disclosed in the description. 3) We were told *after reservation* that $100 cash refundable key deposit would be needed. 4) The WiFi coverage wasn't good. 5) Multiple queries before arrival regarding early check in availability were not answered. 6) Almost all communication was with Faith, not Joyce.

Great place to live if you want to be somewhat close to NUS and accessible to the MRT thru bus. Good value.

Good location, with a mosque and grocery store opposite the place. Close to the bus route. Two busstops away from mrt. Room d, e can only be accessed by 3 flights of staircase. Was initially given a smaller room without windows but after requesting a change, was given the correct one as booked. Otherwise, comfortable bed, clean room, comfortable air-conditioning. Thank you for a good stay

Clean and comfortable rooms with various food options and convenience store around. Bus and mrt station is at walkable distance. Joyce and Isaac were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Overall a nice budget friendly hotel for extended stay.

Good! employees provide room service every day. For example, replacing a towel, cleaning a blanket. The facilities are also convenient and tidy, so you can stay comfortable.
