Nancy and her dogs were very friendly. Check in was easy. She explained the rules and use of the refrigerator. I enjoyed getting to know her family. I enjoyed hearing about her profession working with Autistic kids. She was quick to respond to my messages. Bedroom on 2nd floor in the back and bathroom was cold. She said if she turned up the heat everyone would be too hot so I had to use a space heater. Also not sure if it was due to the holidays but the kitchen table was cluttered and the room next to it. There was only 2 places for me to sit at the table and the one spot the chair was broken underneath but she fixed it right away.

It has been a lovely stay with Nancy and her families. I like the quiet surroundings and its closeness to nature. The shared bath room was always clean and Nancy gave very clear instructions about using the kitchen. I felt comfortable staying there and had wonderful conversations with Nancy and her families. Great place for stargazing too. Highly recommended!

An excellent value in the area which allowed me access to Valley Forge Historic Park, easy to access Acela trains into Philly, also an easy drive into Philly. This home is in a gorgeous area -- very beautiful terrain. Nancy is friendly, organized and a great communicator!

I need to cook most of my meals and Nancy has a very well equipped kitchen. We worked out our cooking times. One might check with Nancy before booking to see how many folks are using the kitchen, if they are big cooks. Just so everyone is aware of the situation. 😋.
