This is first time I live in a time share house. It is very spacious townhouse for us to stay. The location is great for eatery and shopping. The only issue is that there is no room service but my friend had a very bad allergy. Therefore, she asked for some assistance to clean the unit. The staff are very supportive. Overall, I think this is a great place to stay and rest.

We had a most enjoyable stay. The unit was very clean, well furnished, roomy, and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and well maintained. We have stayed at this location numerous times and we are never disappointed! "Thank you" to a great host!

We loved our stay - the complex is set in a big park, beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and very spacious.

Historic Powhatan Plantation was nice. Outside pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. Location was great, very convenient to historic sites, restaurants and grocery stores. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Basic things provided were lacking, in our opinion/expectation. For example, coffee enough for one pot, three pods for dishwashing for a four day stay. Sleeper couch in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on but dinning room table size was great for eating and playing games on. Nice to have access to clothes washer in the unit. Beds were super comfortable and it was nice each bedroom had its own bathroom.
