Superior apartment has capacity for five people. The balcony has a sea view. It contains a double bed in both rooms and single bed in one room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has one toilet and a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, hair dryer and washing machine. The apartment is air-conditioned and guests have wi-fi, two TVs with cable channels and safe. A shared rooftop terrace and a ground floor terrace are available to all guests, as well as gym, jacuzzi and elevator. Size: 110m2. Raymond apartments offer fourteen accommodation units with a total capacity of fifty -nine places with the possibility of additional beds for children. The units include one studio and duplex apartment with sea view, ten one-bedroom apartments for four people mostly with a sea view, one two-bedroom apartment sea view and one superior with two bedrooms and sea view. All guests have access to two common terraces (on the roof and on the ground floor), gym, jacuzzi, elevator and private parking.

A super nice appartement. Huge living room and kitchen well equipped with everything (even the oil). The landlord always responds very quickly and was nice. The best thing is the location, it’s between the Sveti Stefan island and Budva old town. You can take a 25 mins walk along the mountain and coast to the island, along the way the scenery was fantastic and there were several nice beaches. You can also take a taxi for 15 mins to the old town of Budva too. A nice and affordable restaurant “Kusta” is 3 mins walk from the apartment. I strongly recommend.

L’appartamento gode di una splendida vista, con un bellissimo terrazzo. Gli spazi interni alla casa son ampi e ben divisi. Avere anche un bagno di servizio se si è in 3/4 persone fa la differenza. C’è tutto quello che serve, piatti pentolame, lavastoviglie, tv sia in sala che in una delle camere. Aria condizionata ovunque perché altrimenti fa caldo. Posizione strategica per andare alle varie spiagge e per visitare la zona. C’è un essenziale parcheggio privato sotto casa (senza sarebbe un problema). La signora gentile ci ha fornito ogni giorno di asciugamani puliti. Unico neo è sulla strada molto trafficata difficile da attraversare e rumorosa se si lascia le finestre aperte. Ci sono raggiungibile a piedi ristoranti, supermarket e una spiaggia. Il soggiorno nell’appartamento è stato molto gradevole, molto più di quello riservatoci nelle spiagge! Consiglio assolutamente l’appartamento, vi troverete molto bene. 5 stelle meritate!

What can i say... the terrace and the view from it is just amazing! Perfectly located, fully furnished, cozy place in Montenegro. Sometimes I caught myself thinking that I felt at home, even though I was just a stranger in this country.
