We absolutely loved our stay at Annette’s place! It was close to beach, bar and restaurant on site. Plenty of supplies for our 6 nights. Annette was super fast responding and sent us lots of valuable information before we arrived. Electricity was out when we arrived and Annette quickly informed us about it and the projected time frame for it to come back on. She called later to verify we had electricity and everything was okay on our end. Definitely would stay here again.

We were excited for our ocean font view at Sapphire beach. After booking, Annette was very helpful regarding things to do during our trip. A few days prior to check in we were made aware of building repairs on the resort that would not affect our stay. A few hours after check-in we found live cockroaches in the bathroom as well as several dead cockroaches in different areas in the condo. We reached out to Annette who scheduled an exterminator who arrived the following evening. The cockroaches continued to appear but we tried to contain the bugs in the bathroom with the door shut and lights on. Unfortunately, the power unexpectedly went out towards the end of our stay for 24 hours, which worsened the situation. The condo was equipped with rechargeable lanterns but the charge only held a few hours. With the power being out and the AC being off, a cockroach or two was found scurrying at every bathroom trip. This led to sleepless nights and was ultimately the downfall for our honeymoon.

We spent our honeymoon here, and it was perfect! Annette was like our personal travel agent giving us all kinds of recommendations for everything to do and eat during our stay. We hope to make it back there one day!! Annette is AWESOME to work with, and I truly believe she helped make our honeymoon a trip of a lifetime! Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous experience staying at Annette's condo at Sapphire Beach during our visit to St Thomas. The condo was very clean, with a comfortable king sized bed, dual sinks in the bathroom to facilitate both of us getting ready without feeling crowded, and a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed during our stay (including both Keurig and drip coffee makers depending on your preference.) Annette even provided snorkeling equipment that we used to swim with the sea turtles over on St John. The resort itself has several dining options including fine dining at Sea Salt with a fabulous view of St John. Laundry facilities are available at the resort which really helped us avoid having to pack multiple outfits for the stay. I simply cannot say enough about our host, Annette. Her emails prior to our arrival helped us plan our stay and she even called to check in on us during our visit not once, but twice! 5 stars all around!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Annette's place at Sapphire Beach, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my trip to the US Virgin Islands. The location is simply unparalleled - the crystal clear blue water and soft white sand at Sapphire Beach are simply breathtaking, and it's only a short distance away from the lively Red Hook area. But what really made the trip special was Annette's incredible hospitality. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that she goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an amazing experience. She communicated with us frequently to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I was blown away when I found out that Annette had arranged a small birthday surprise for my wife, who was celebrating her special day during our stay. It's those personal touches that really make a stay memorable, and Annette nailed it. The condo itself was also fantastic - clean, modern,and well-appointed, with everything we needed
